The Confidante, originally opened in the 1940s, is a beachfront hotel in Miami Beach boasting mid-century modern decor, on-site dining, two pools and a rooftop spa. From its signature pastel-striped pool and beach decor to its relaxing accommodations and charming Art Deco characteristics, the stage was set for a strong social media presence. We curated on-brand highlight icons to elevate The Confidante’s Instagram profile, where our Stories would live in perpetuity. Our IG Story strategy, paired with community management, organic and paid campaigns and content creation resulted in a 35% follower growth on the platform year over year.













We coordinated and managed monthly social media photo shoots to capture fresh, engaging imagery on property to utilize across channels and maintain a cohesive aesthetic. Audience behaviors have drastically changed in response to the pandemic - they’re potentially facing sickness, unemployment and their priorities have shifted. The Confidante has always been a source of inspiration and positivity for its loyal guests since it opened its doors in 2016. With audiences seeking community online to relieve stress and anxiety, we pivoted The Confidante’s social media strategy, evolving the tone of the brand voice, sharing relatable at-home content and connecting with followers as we navigate through unprecedented times. This content approach resonated with followers and continues to solidify and grow The Confidante’s connection with the community.
